Terms of Service

Last updated October 5, 2026

These terms cover your use of DailyPractice on the web (dailypractice.ai) and in the iPhone app. By using DailyPractice you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Health and safety

DailyPractice is not medical advice. Routines, breathwork, exercise, stretching, and meditation content is for general wellness and education only. It is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a doctor or other qualified professional.

  • Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise or breathing practice, especially if you are pregnant, have a heart or lung condition, high blood pressure, epilepsy, or any other health concern.
  • Stop right away if you feel pain, dizziness, lightheadedness, tingling, shortness of breath, or any other discomfort. Breath holds and fast breathing can cause dizziness or fainting.
  • Never practice breathwork while driving, in or near water, or anywhere fainting could hurt you.
  • Go at your own pace. You are responsible for choosing what is safe for you.

Exercise and fitness

Workouts, stretches, balance work, hangs, and yoga carry a risk of injury, including strains, sprains, falls, and in rare cases serious injury. Demonstration videos show one way to do a move; they cannot see you or correct your form.

  • Warm up, use a pace, weight, and range of motion that feel comfortable, and leave out anything that hurts.
  • Suggested sets, reps, weights, and hold times are starting points, not prescriptions. Adjust them for your body, or ask a qualified trainer or physical therapist.
  • Check your space and equipment before you start. Make sure a pull-up bar is installed securely and rated for your weight, and practice balance moves near something you can hold.
  • Routines for pain, posture, or recovery are general education, not treatment. If you have an injury or ongoing pain, see a professional first.

Your choice and your risk

You choose which routines to do and how to do them. By using DailyPractice you accept the risks of the activities you choose to do, and you agree that DailyPractice and the people behind it are not responsible for injuries or health problems that result from them, to the fullest extent the law allows. Content created by other people, such as creator routines or YouTube videos you add, is their responsibility, not ours.

Reminders and daily items

Reminders, checklists, and daily items (such as a reminder to take vitamins or medication) are convenience tools. Notifications can be late, silenced, or never arrive, for example if your phone is off, in Focus mode, or has notifications turned off. Do not rely on DailyPractice to manage medication or anything where a missed reminder could harm you; follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions.

Your account

You need an account to use some features, such as syncing and groups. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. Keep your sign in secure, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Acceptable use

When you use DailyPractice, do not:

  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone, or post hateful, sexually explicit, or violent content.
  • Post content you do not have the right to share, or that breaks the law.
  • Spam other people, including with nudges or group invites.
  • Try to access other people's accounts or data, or get around our security, rate limits, or access rules.
  • Scrape, overload, or disrupt the service, or use the AI tools to generate unlawful or harmful content.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report a post, reply, nudge, or person, and block anyone, from inside DailyPractice. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms, and remove the accounts of people who post it.

Your content

You own what you create: your routines, reflections, posts, and replies. You give us permission to store, copy, display, and process it only as needed to run DailyPractice, for example to sync it across your devices and show it to the groups or people you share it with. If you make a routine or group public, anyone can see it.

You are responsible for your content. We may remove content that breaks these terms. Videos and other material from third parties, such as YouTube, belong to their owners and are subject to those owners' terms.

AI generated content

Some features use AI to suggest routines, patterns, or images. AI output can be wrong or unsuitable, so review it before you rely on it, and apply the health and safety rules above to any routine it suggests.

Ending your use

You can stop using DailyPractice at any time and delete your account in Settings, on the web or in the iPhone app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other people or the service at risk. We may also change or stop offering parts of the service.

No warranty

DailyPractice is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error free, or that your data will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, DailyPractice and the people behind it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
